Privacy policy
Short version: we use what you send to answer you, and nothing else.

Who we are
Seal The Deal Consulting is a digital marketing consulting agency based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. We are the organisation responsible for the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at help@sealthedeals.ca or 306-203-9254.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business name, if you provide it
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you provide it
- The primary pain point you select, and any message you write
Our server also records the date and time of the submission, the IP address it came from, and the page you submitted from. This is standard server logging and is used to keep the form working and to filter spam.
We do not collect payment details through this site, and we do not ask for any information we do not need in order to reply to you.
Why we collect it
To read your enquiry and respond to it. That is the whole purpose. We may follow up about the specific matter you contacted us about.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) we rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by contacting us.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Two limited exceptions, both necessary to operate the site:
- Our hosting provider stores the site and its logs on our behalf.
- Our hosting provider logs standard request data, including IP addresses.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We run no third-party trackers.
The contact form sets one temporary session cookie. It exists solely to stop the form being submitted by automated bots, and it contains no personal information. It expires when you close your browser.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will remove it.
How we protect it
This site is served over HTTPS, and the enquiry form is protected against automated abuse. Any submissions we retain are stored on access-controlled systems.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it
- Stop using it
Email help@sealthedeals.ca and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
